CapCut subscription still active after cancellation on Apple ID

Hello! I cancelled my CapCut subscription, but in my account it still shows as active until 2026.

Because of this, I cannot remove my failed payment method and cannot download free apps like WhatsApp.

Please completely cancel this subscription from my Apple ID and remove the billing problem. Thank you!

The people on these boards are mostly other customers and can't. Put in a different payment method first; if that doesn't work, click here and ask Apple Support for assistance.
