You own a useless brick you can never use. Unless you are the owner who locked the phone or you actually have the original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple Authorized Seller, which clearly shows the serial number of the phone it, Apple will NOT help you. Since aren't the original owner and you don't have the receipt from Apple, the phon cannot be unlocked for you to use.
