How much it will cost to fix SIM card reader on iPhone 12 Pro Max?

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and one day I tried to reset it because I was giving it to my mom (as I had gotten a new one) and it’s saying something abt the sim reader and it won’t let me reset the phone
