What is Apple bill Cupertino?

I keep on getting bill $35.94 a month for this and I’m not getting any details anytime I put a card on file. This is the first thing that always comes up. Does anybody have a clue what this is I’m confused.

Nope, but that refers to a subscription or pending payment on your account.
