Loop on Safari to login into Gitlab

I don't get to the Gitlab page login. The page reloads infinitely in Cloudflare reCAPTCHA.

I make some adjustments to the Safari settings and System Settings:

On Safari:

• Disable Website tracking (Privacy).
• Clear website data.
• Nothing extension installed.

On System settings:

• Private Relay Off

But nothing is ok.

I need help!
