Step-by-step process for individual mass texting on iOS 18.6 using Shortcuts

I have iOS 18.6. I need to know the step by step process to set up a way to send a text or picture to multiple people, not a group text, but individually without them knowing the other people it was sent to. I've tried texting and calling Apple support, but haven't been able to successfully make this work. I think it has to do with Shortcuts, but I've never used this app. Thank you!

Do you know if I can choose whether to send the message out via Personal or Business line?

The 2nd shortcut is based on phone numbers instead of contacts. Use it to specify the personal or business phone numbers.

Here is a shortcut I created previously: Send Message to Several Contacts. This particular shortcut also allows you to attach a file (an image, for instance). If you don't need this functionality, delete the 2nd action ("Select Files") and delete the "file" variable in the Send action:
