The 4.9ghz band is n79 and is supported by the iPhone 13 as you can see in the tech specs here:

On the iPhone, support and band compatibility will vary by the region the device was manufactured for as will be noted in the last 4 characters of your model number. Certainly all bands may not be available on the iphone in a particular region. The cellular settings you see on your iPhone is what is added by the cell provider after a SIM card is installed. Each provider will have their own Settings options for Cellular data.
If you are still on iOS 26, realize that there is no Support for the beta software and a Carrier Update that may be needed would not be available. It is NEVER recommended to install any beta software on critical devices needed for daily use. You are simply a tester with the option to use the Feedback Assistance and for support the beta would have to be removed first. Do you experience the same thing on iOS 18?
