So I got added into a group chat on accident, and when trying to delete it, found that there is no delete and block button or anything. I think it’s because there are androids in it, because it looked in a few other group chats, and the button showed there. Is it possible to delete the chat?

Leaving a Group Chat:
If not the Moderator, then you can't --you need to ask the Moderator to remove you. On an iPhone, your only option is to reset you iPhone to factory settings. Backup your iPhone First: Be certain you create a back up your iPhone prior to installing this. That way, you can have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong after the install.
