Location sharing not working with partner in Find My

Hi, I’m having issues with location sharing between me and my partner in the Find My app:

• After switching phones, my partner can no longer see my location under “People.”
• I switched back to my old iPhone, but the issue continues.
• I did a complete factory reset and set it up as new (not from backup).
• Location sharing is turned on everywhere (in Find My, in Messages, and in Family Sharing).
• We are in the same family group, set to share location automatically.
• When my partner sends me a request to share location, I don’t get the option to accept.
• In my contact card (Messages) and in Find My, it says I’m sharing my location with her.
• Oddly, she can still see my device’s location in Find My (because of Family Sharing), but she cannot see my profile as a person.

What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?
