someone stolen my old phone and i bought another one and my last backup is in 2019, can you check what happend. thank you. I need my apps back

Apps are not part of the backup. You need to re-download them from the App Store.

these forums are user helping other users like yourself, it's sort of going

to a physical apple store and asking other customers there advice

if you have a backup and gotten a new phone try reading
