How to recover accidentally deleted data on iPhone?

Someone had a game on my phone and entered the wrong password for the Family Network app. Then they turned off the phone and accidentally deleted the data. After that, a message appeared asking me to choose an additional backup on iCloud, and I enter

You should NEVER hand your phone over to someone to use. There's no telling what they did to your phone. But if the data has been deleted, then you'll need to restore the phone from the most recent backup you made, which I hope was recent.
