Stop apps from uninstalling themselves on iPhone

i am wondering why sometimes apps are installed or uninstalled itself? Any thing to fix?

This can be to man age your storage on the iPhone

To stop this see this go to Settings > App Store and toggle off the Offload Unused Apps setting

The only time an app will be installed when not doing it on your device is when you share your Apple Account with another device and an app is downloaded there. You can prevent that app from also installing on your device at the same Settings page provided by WheelieNick and the toggle you will want to turn off is App Downloads.
