i have a Subaru 1 1/2 year of a new car. Recently I was unable to use CarPlay. Took car to dealership and upgraded the software. Now I am trying to add or delete apps. I have wifi and a cord. I am unable to make changes. Can you please help? Thanks!

Only apps that the Developer has built for CarPlay use can be added. Those apps are noted in the App Store for CarPlay use and in Settings on your iPhone under CarPlay. For those apps that do use CarPlay, you should be able to arrange them by following the steps here:
