Unauthorized purchases, but it's not coming from my icloud account

Hello, my card got leaked online a month ago and the persons who got ahold of my info purchased a few things with apple (I don't know what it is, I only saw the payments receipts from my banking app). I thought it was my apple music so I brushed it off, anywho I told my bank my info got leaked and got my new card 3 days ago. However today, I saw multiple receipts that were paid today, I never made any payments and my apple music doesnt need to renew. Is there any way I can send the receipts to apple so that they can disconnect my card and give me a refund?

Disputing charges and requesting a refund for fraudulent purchases are done by the bank that issued the card. The bank needs to specifically block future transactions as simply issuing you a new card number does not stop recurring charges. Your bank knows that because they participate in the Automatic Billing Updater program along with VISA, Mastercard, etc to transfer those to your new payment method.

Merchants, including Apple, are required to accept the credit card with the contracts they make with the PNO (VISA, Mastercard), where it is the PNO that accepts responsibility for any fraudulent purchase. A merchant is now prohibited from requiring identification for a purchase and if they do not allow a payment, you can report that merchant to VISA or Mastercard.

Follow up with your bank again and make sure they block any further transactions.
