How to Disable “This Call Is Being Recorded” Announcement on iPhone

I’m trying to record a phone conversation using my iPhone, but I don’t want the other person to hear the automated message that says, “This call is being recorded.”

I live in a one-party consent state, where it is legal to record calls without notifying the other party. I’m not trying to disable the call recording feature itself…I just want to know if there is a way to disable the announcement that the call is being recorded.

Is there a setting or method to stop that notification from playing? If not, is this announcement required across all users regardless of jurisdiction?
