I was wondering if you could help me get a better understanding on why the song “yesterday blues” by Rylo Rodriguez was permanently removed from Apple Music?

Songs can be removed for various reasons, usually relating to a legal dispute over the rights to the track. The reasons rarely get any publicity. Songs that use samples, as does Rylo, are more prone to disputes.
Although you say "permanent," the removal is often temporary, until the legal dispute is settled. There is no way to know in advance.
