iPhone 15 keeps restarting after iOS 18.6.2 update

Hello everyone, after my iphone 15 updated to 18.6.2 it is frequently getting shutdown on its own where only the apple logo can be seen then it auto tries to restart itself. It happens at any time irrespective of whatever i do on my mobile. This never happened before but suddenly after this 18.6.1 update this is happening and 18.6.2 never really solved it. Anyone facing this issue?

If it were mine and forced restart has no effect, I would either take it to an Apple Store, or back it up, (you must do that anyway), reset to factory, and restore the backup.

If it needs repairing you would need to do the first two before sending it in.

There is some risk so ensure you learn how to perform this.

Back up iPhone - Apple Support

Erase iPhone - Apple Support

Set up your iPhone or iPad – Apple Support (UK)

if if fails to correct it, repeat the above but do not restore your backup.

If that still fails, or if it w ill not set up at all, get it repaired.

I don't suppose there is no way to go back on a previous software version? Because this entire problem started with this new version. I saw online as well some of the iphone 16 user as well facing same problem.

I have an IPhone 13 Pro Max and it updated to 18.6.2 last night and now it keeps restarting. I can use the phone for a minute before it restarts. And it’s doing this over and over again. My battery health and storage are good. I tried resetting the settings but it did not help.

Yes done the force restart as well. Currently 87 percent battery health and storage is 72.36 GB left out of 128 GB.

Having same issue on iPhone 16 Pro only since install of iOS 18.6.2. I’ve done all trouble shooting, including forced restart, battery is “Normal,” no storage issues.

The same exact thing is happening to my iphone 14 pro after updating to 18.6.2 !!! Super annoying!!! Never dis this before the update. This type of thing makes me want to just get a Samsung!!!

Exactly, after updating to 18.6.2, it restarts, there is no problem with the battery or memory. Before the update, the phone worked normally, but now it restarts and I can't use the phone.
