Apple Watch Series 10 screenshot not uploading to Photos

My Series 10 Watch 11.6.1 is not uploading screenshots to Photos on its paired iPhone 15 18.6.2

Screenshot is enabled, which I dis and re enabled, turned watch off and on but still no upload

I have an old Series 4 Watch also paired to same iPhone which I use at work so save damaging my newer Series 10, the both sync up ok to carry over steps, exercise, iMessage to each other perfectly and this Series 4 does upload screenshots perfectly.

What the issue with my Series 10 Watch not uploading screenshots?
