iPad Air M2 keyboard freezes randomly across apps and keyboards

I am experiencing intermittent key freezes on my iPad keyboards.

Keyboards:

1. Logitech Combo Touch keyboard case (Bluetooth)
2. Logitech MX Keys Mini for Mac (Bluetooth)
3. Apple Magic Keyboard for Ipad Air M2 (Connector)

• I use my iPad for at least 5 hours a day during the week day for work, and it's connected to the power adaptor.
• At least 4 times a day, the shift and arrow keys will not work
• This problem happens using a variety of software e.g. ChatGPT, Scrivener, Notes, WhatsApp, Pages
• This exact problem has happened on all the above listed keyboards (Both Bluetooth & Connector)
• My only fix is to swipe the screen to another app and then return back to the original app I'm working on
• The problem is intermittent, and very difficult to replicate
• My iPad uses the latest software updates
• iPad was purchased Dec 2024
• I've been a long-time Mac user, and I've never experienced these puzzling issues before

If anyone has a solution to this very frustrating problem, I would very much appreciate it.
