One airpod keeps disconnecting at the slightest movement

My left airpod can only connect when i am upright and my head is facing forward. Whenever I raise my head up or try to lie down it disconnects, this does not happen to my right airpod. does anyone know how to fix this??? its really annoying

I don’t know how to fix this, but a feature you can turn off is In-Ear Connection which will work wherever your Airpods are, even out of your ear
