My left AirPod 2nd Gen keeps disconnecting after a few minutes of use

my left airpod 2n gen keeps disconnecting after a few minutes of use and when i put it back into the case it says the airpod is charging but when i take it out it says that the airpod is in the case charging even tho its not and whenever it actually connects it oly works for a few minutes and after it makes a beep sound and completely disapeers from the radar of connection
