My iPhone 15 Pro Max screen is totally black and I can’t unlock my iPhone

My phone is ringing & all notifications are coming through & I have to ask Siri to answer my calls on speakerphone I order to connect to my calls. Half of my screen had a bright white light & the other half was showing my screen & info, but now it’s totally blacked out

This is indicative of a hardware failure. You will need to have your iPhone serviced at your nearest Apple Store's Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Force your iPhone to restart:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (this might take longer than 10 seconds).

If that doesn’t help, then I recommend service.
