Instagram Issues - Cannot Comment, Cannot Go to Privacy & Settings and More

I backed up my phone from iPhone 6 128gb (iOS 12); (20gb free remaining), into the 16PM 1TB (iOS 18.6.2).

Instagram App having Issues now. Cannot Comment, Cannot Go to Privacy & Settings and cannot go to to search page (won't function). When open own page tap, all media also were missing.

Tried other accounts, all same. However, in the other phones, like Iphone 11 iOS 26 Beta 8, iPhone 6 iOS 12 still can comment, can work normal and no issues.

Tried using ChatGPT to get tips to overcome this, 90% Failed. Tried reset all settings, tried delete the app and restart device and reinstall, tried offload and re-download, but still unable to resolve this.

Browsed the community but do not have the same specific issue. Hence I try my luck here.

Had also report the issue to IG on multiple attempts but no action thus far, since 2 months ago.

Hoping to have some enlightenment to overcome this. Thanking you in advance.
