I have a two-year-old iPhone 13 mini and the battery needs a replacement. I'm wondering how much longer the performance will hold up well. So, should I just get the battery replaced or buy a new phone?

No......replace the battery so you will have 2-3 years more service from the iPhone 13 Mini
