Do you use a VPN on your iPhone? If yes, don't just turn it off, open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and get rid of the VPN Profile completely. There is no need to use a VPN on iPhone and they almost always cause connectivity issues and most definitely do NOT provide the security people think they do. In fact, quite the opposite. A lot of people have had connectivity issues and once they removed the VPN from their phone, the issues disappeared.
