Apple Watch displays Apple logo and turns off repeatedly after hard reset

My Apple Watch turns on. It will only display the apple logo and then turns off again. Hard reset doesn’t do anything. Is the software corrupted?

Also my IPhone and Apple Watch spent 6 months at the Police Station getting Cellebrite. It hasn’t work properly since

This looks like a battery issue. Which watch do you use?

Depending on the age and use of your watch, the battery might be failing and needs to be replaced.

If the watch hasn't been charged for a prolonged time, the battery might also have been damaged.

If you are willing to pay the service fee, Apple will replace the whole unit, not just the battery.
