Blue rounded triangle with circles at vertices on my iPhone 16 Pro

I have found that on random occasions, I will momentarily see a blue triangle appear in the middle right of the screen. The triangle has curved edges and has circles at the vertices (edge points). I believe it is the same as encountered by a previous post Blue circle triangle popped up on my phone - Apple Community
