Contact Name Not Displaying During Incoming Calls

I am experiencing an issue on my iPhone where saved contact names do not display when I receive incoming calls. Instead, only the phone number appears. This happens mostly when the contact is saved with a country code (e.g., +233). My phone is 14 pro max and from Ghana.
