my account was banned and i can’t sign in my account on app store

There is no message you will see that says your account has been banned. There are many other messages such as Locked, Inactive, or Disabled, with each having their own resolution.

It is always best to describe exactly what you see and if that is not possible, provide a screenshot as long as it does not contain personal information.

Banned? Banned how? Apple does not ban account normally.

What happens when you try to log in? Do you get an error? If so, what does it say?

Please explain clearly and in full detail what is happening.
