Most of my apps are not working even with my celular data on
my YouTube and all my finically apps are not working even tho my data is on and even after I connected to a friends hotspot it’s still the same thing. What do I do!!!

And now you know why you're having connectivity issues. VPN on iPhone is completely NOT needed, causes connectivity issues and most definitely doesn't provide the security you think. In fact, quite the opposite.
Don't just turn the VPN off, COMPLETELY remove it from your iPhone, by opening Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and removing the VPN profile. Remove the app if there is one as well.
