Hello, I don’t have access to my trusted phone number anymore.
My Apple ID is locked with an Iranian phone number and I cannot receive codes.
Can you help me change or remove the trusted phone number?
I still have access to my email and can answer security questions.
If you are in Iran you will probably find there is no way to reach Apple Support.
What you describe is contradictory. Accounts using security questions don't have trusted numbers or trusted devices.
If you can get hold of Apple and you are using security questions, Apple will probably only help you changeto two factor authentication.
