How can I enable microphone access for apps on iPhone 15?

I’ve shot myself in the foot by activating some setting on my iPhone 15 last year and now can’t allow an app to access the microphone. When I go to Settings / Privacy & Security / Microphone, all of the apps listed appear deselected and I can’t toggle them on / off. Any idea what I might have done? Thank you!

Open Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Microphone and make sure the apps you want to be able to use the Microphone are turned on there.
