I have a problem with my new AirPods (4th generation with Active Noise Cancellation). I have already followed all the steps from Apple Support (resetting, charging with the original cable and adapter, trying to pair, testing on different devices) but however I’m not able to pair because on all my devices Apple they doesn’t appears.

Yes. I’ve done all the steps on the two guide you forwarded to me but unfortunately I’m not able too pair.
I’ve tried the step below but nothing, the lights are working good with the double tap with all the colors. But unfortunately nothing appears on my IPhone 16 Pro.
It seems like Bluetooth connection it’s not working.
Let me know if you have any other ideas.
