So on my list of options for Bluetooth there is something called Plateau R one I believe and when I googled it, it says basically it is spyware and it does not give me an option to delete it and I am just wondering if anybody knows the specifics about what this is exactly and if I’m just being overly paranoid And if so, then why can I not delete it?

No, you do not have any spyware on your phone. I assume you did not jailbreak your phone as that eliminates any security protections and not something a person would do if they are concerned about security. Post a screenshot of what you see.
You can't delete it because it is not in your list of My Devices or is a BLE product used by an app that does not use the pairing process where you would delete it in the Bluetooth setting. We need to know what you are seeing.
