I Received an email or text saying the download of my info that I requested is almost complete. But I haven’t requested anything. I went back to look at the email and or text and now I can’t find it so I’m wondering is anybody requesting my information and have you sent it out? And I’m also trying to go to Apple‘s website and find out who to talk to about this and there’s no number listed or anything. What’s the next move?

However … that email is similarly worded to what Apple sends out when a data-dump has been requested thru https://privacy.apple.com/
You can determine if any such requests have been made in your name by browsing to the above-linked site and checking the “status” .. or if any “downloads” are available.
If nothing is there, consider it just another phishing attack at move on.
