I just change YouTube monthly subscriptions 239baht /month to 1790baht /year since Aug 18/25 . But why Apple charge me 399baht/month.

Your first screenshot is with a subscription directly with Youtube and not being managed by Apple. Your second screenshot shows a charge by Apple, but does not say it is for Youtube. You confirm that by going to your purchase history and if it is Youtube, you have to cancel that subscription with Apple here:

Apple has no idea what subscriptions you make with any company directly, but Youtube would certainly know that if you have 2 subscriptions with them.

If you subscribed through your Google Account, that charge is separate to whatever Apple may charge you for.
