It is extremely unlikely you'll be able to do that.

Put it into recovery mode, restore iOS using your computer, and restore your last backup.

You need to make backups before something goes catastrophically wrong, not after.

Try and force restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

Yes, any and all data currently on the phone will be gone. You can restore your data from your most recent backup. Anything that was synced to iCloud can be re-synced by logging into your iCloud account on the device.
