I accidentally erased the trash folder on my iCloud mail. My bin icon and everything is gone. Not sure how I can get it back ?

Clearing the Trash/Bin folder is permanent deletion.
Once erased, from this location, the process is irreversible; unless you have an independent backup, all deleted files are permanently beyond reach.
Clarification:
When deleted, files are initially moved to the Recently Deleted folder - from where deleted files can usually be recovered for up to 30 days. Once deleted from the Recently Deleted folder, they are unrecoverable.
Oh I meant I erased the trash bin itself. The folder is not there anymore. Instead of clicking erase contents of the trash bin, I deleted the trash bin. I just need the folder/icon back. Not the contents
