Cannot reset password for Apple ID linked to debit card
I am unable to reset the password of my Apple ID. When I try to reset it, I get this error: “Cannot reset password – This Apple Account is either not valid or not supported.”
The email I tried a*********@icloud.com
I am not sure if this is the correct Apple ID or maybe I forgot the exact one.
I have used my debit card in the past for App Store / iCloud purchases and subscriptions, so I know I had an Apple ID linked to my card.
My questions are:
- How can I confirm the correct Apple ID that was linked with my debit card?
- Is there any way Apple can help me retrieve my Apple ID using my billing details (name, debit card last 4 digits, and billing address)?
- If the account is really deleted, is there any way to recover it?
