My ChatGPT Subscription keeps associating with my Deleted ChatGPT Account instead of the new one.

I’m assume this is some stale information within the Apple mechanism to link to OpenAI ChatGPT:

I am confused by the intermixing of what you call a ChatGPT account and an Apple Account. I don't use GPT but I presume they are two completely different accounts?
