How to manage 'managed' Wi-Fi networks on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I have 3 “managed” WiFi networks on my 15 pro max that I can’t join or delete. 1 one of them has the same WiFi address as my phone, and one has the same address as my Bluetooth. How should I proceed?

I would reset Network Settings in Settings, General, Transfer or reset iphone, Reset.

Then if still a problem, in Settings, Apps, Safari clear history & website data
