My iPhone 15 Pro Max dosen’t have the LiDAR Scanner. How could this be?

What makes you think you don't have a Lidar Scanner? This link shows where it should be located --> iPhone 15 Pro - Apple Support (IL)
Does the back of your iPhone not look like this? There is no setting which turns Lidar on or Off.
