How to recover a partially deleted Apple Account?

You have very little time to stop the deletion process. You need to contact Apple and give them the alphanumeric code that you received when requesting the account to be deleted. I suspect without that code, you would not be able to recover your account. Review the information provided here and there is quite a bit of useful information in the FAQ's on the bottom portion of the page.
