No, you cannot.

The iPhone 6s originally ran iOS 9. It received six major iOS updates – one more than many other iPhones received – but cannot update to iOS 16 or higher. iOS 15 is the end of the line.

It looks like your phone maxes out with iOS 15.

Nope. You couldn't update to iOS 16 or 17 either. And so, you can never update an iPhone 6s, higher than iOS 15.8.x
