Today while watching reels a pink line on edge on iPhone 13 pro automatically appeared , I didn’t update it how did it must came any reasons ?

I could be hardware issue with the screen. First try a Forced Restart --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If no improvement, then it's time to schedule an appointment at your closest Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and service options --> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
