How to fix ChatGPT subscription issue?

well I have been subscribed to ChatGPT for a long time and I absolutely love it, but for like I don't know maybe three or four months I have been charged every single month for the plus version and it actually just doesn't work I mean I have the same limitations that I used to have and I don't want to get rid of the app because it helps me a lot it's a wonderful app. and also there are like some unexplained charges like why does one app shows twice a month I mean it charged twice a month and why can I simply ask people to take in consideration that I subscribed for an app that is actually very very expensive for a mistake I mean I haven't even used the app so it's just a little confusing. Can you help me ? Thank you very much!!!
