OLED and its variants is known for temporary screen memory. If it is a worry, turn off “Always On” which is a gimmick. Nobody should have more than a second or two on Lock Screen unless Always On is activated.
It would be impossible for any of us on this user to user only forum to tell you if you have burnin on your iPhone. I'd try a Forced Restart, but if it doesn't help, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius for Apple to see what you're seeing.
