Is this email legit ?

I received this email on proton mail and it was flagged as spam. It also showed a warning note that this email might be a phishing attempt. Is this email legit or scam ? I believe firmly that it's a scam. Moreover, the email through which I've billed and signed up in Apple account as well as Mac is completely different.
