How to block Royal Match ads

Would appreciate knowing how to block these seemingly unstoppable and long ads. I have followed suggestions for changing system settings, but nothing works.

On iPhones, the built-in Apple apps (such as Messages, Photos, Mail, and Settings) do not display third-party advertisements. If you are seeing ads, they are almost always coming from one of these sources:

  1. Third-party apps – Many free apps include ads to generate revenue. Some even run long or unavoidable video ads. Unfortunately, there is no system setting on the iPhone that allows you to block ads within third-party apps. To reduce them, you can:
    1. Check if the app offers a paid version or subscription to remove ads.
    2. Contact the app developer directly through the App Store listing for clarification or to report any complaints.
  2. Safari (web browsing) – Ads that appear while browsing are controlled by the websites themselves. While you cannot stop websites from serving ads, you can:
    1. Enable Content Blockers from the App Store (e.g., AdGuard, 1Blocker) and activate them under Settings > Safari > Extensions > Content Blockers.
    2. Use Safari’s Reader View (when available) to strip away most ads from articles.
  3. Suspicious apps or profiles – If the ads are intrusive (such as pop-ups appearing outside of an app), that may indicate a rogue app or configuration profile installed on your device. To check:
    1. Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and remove any unfamiliar profiles.
    2. Review recently installed apps and delete any that coincide with when the ads started.
  4. Apple ads – Apple may show small, non-intrusive ads in the App Store, Apple News, and Stocks app. These can be limited by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising and toggling off Personalized Ads.

If the issue continues, try restarting your device, updating to the latest iOS version, or contacting Apple Support to ensure there’s nothing unusual on your iPhone.

How to contact a Web Publisher or the Host

Contacting a web publisher or the host of a website can be helpful for various reasons, such as reporting issues with the website, seeking permission to use content, or addressing copyright concerns. The process may vary slightly depending on the website, but here are some general steps you can follow:

  1. Check the Website: First, visit the website and look for a "Contact" or "About Us" page. Many websites provide contact information there, including email addresses or contact forms.
  2. Web Hosting Company: If you have an issue related to the website's hosting, such as reporting abuse or copyright infringement, you can try contacting the web hosting company. To find the hosting company, you can use online tools like "whoishostingthis.com" or similar services. Once you identify the hosting company, visit their website and look for contact information or support options.
  3. Be Clear and Polite: Whether you are reaching out via email, contact form, or social media, always be clear, concise, and polite in your communication. Clearly state the reason for contacting them and provide any necessary details to help them understand your request or concern.
  4. Give Time for a Response: Allow some time for the web publisher or hosting company to respond. It may take a few days, depending on their responsiveness.

Remember, always be respectful in your communication, and avoid any hostile or aggressive language, as it is unlikely to yield a positive response.
