Are the ear tips covered in AppleCare+ to replace if accidentally broken?

Beats Fit Pro Wingtips tore off both of my ear pieces Both of the wing tips broke on my beats fit pro. These were very expensive and un extremely disappointed. I will be calling Apple and hoping that they can provide me with either some sort of replacement or cost of replacing both of them that's less than the retail price.

The user-replaceable tips are a consumable item. Replacements, if needed, can be purchased directly from Apple.
